Affirmations are brief repeated statements that encourage the subconscious mind towards beneficial beliefs and actions. Having a goodnight’s rest starts with finding calm from your surroundings and from within your body, mind, and soul.

 Use these affirmations to let go of the day the year or the moments. You have so much wisdom to teach yourself about yourself. You can choose one to repeat before bed and choose another affirmation for each night.

2. I release any worry over my past.
3. I release any worry over my future.
4. I am focusing on my present relaxation.

6. I am preparing for a restful night’s sleep.

9. I release the need to hold on to the day.
10. I release the need to hold on to the people and moments from the day that no longer serve.
