Affirmations are short repeated statements that encourage the subconscious mind towards beneficial beliefs and actions.  As an empath, you can feel and sense the emotions of others around you. 

 

Some empaths even take on the feelings of others around them. Empaths need to be most sensitive to their feelings first before others. Choosing to output more energy towards others than to yourself may lead to toxic empathy.

 

 Use these affirmations to help promote more balance as an empath and protect your energy. You can choose one to repeat throughout the day and choose another affirmation for the next day.
