As an empath, I know what it feels like to be able to feel other people’s energies around you so much that you do not have time to process your own thoughts and emotions.

 

 This has led me to experience millennial burnout, stress, and lack of self acceptance.

 

It was not until I decided to start a self love journey and build a relationship with myself first that I began to make time to feel my own feelings first, and value myself and my mind before others.

 

This journey to self acceptance was a major contributor to healing years of depression and anxiety.

 

 I discovered and developed tools that help me to accept myself on this journey of life and create moments for myself to express my true nature in my best light.


I know what it feels like to search for answers and seek outside approval. 

 

Once I began a relationship with myself I was able to identify my weaknesses and strengths outside of the lens of what others told me they were.

 

I shifted from stress and uncertainty to driven optimism and self acceptance.

 

With my background in meditation and other healing modalities, I have been able to create foundational tools that guide me on my self love journey. 

 

Self acceptance is the ability to deepen your self love journey by committing yourself to acknowledging every moment of your journey and showing up for yourself.

 
 

It is not only nurturing the good parts of yourself but it is also doing the shadow work required to heal.
